For this office renovation, there was already an existing structure and they required a renovation.

At the heart of this project was the company’s vision to create a workplace that feels like a second home.

First Gate has leased an office space that was in a whitebox condition & needed a refurbishment.

This project called for more than mere renovation—it demanded a complete transformation.

VBO required a comprehensive fitout for their white box space, requiring the space to have executive offices, a boardroom.
