- VBO required a comprehensive fitout for their white box space, requiring the space to have executive offices, a boardroom to seat 12+ people, and an open-plan area dedicated to tech support staff.
- Additionally, VBO required a high-end Reception area, Dry Canteen, and Wet Canteen spaces within the facility.
- Dry Canteen: Designed to serve as a coffee and break station.
- Wet Canteen: Inspired by a homestyle kitchen environment.
- The project’s timeline was within a 2-month timeframe, the December to January holiday period.
