First Gate has leased an office space that was initially in a white box condition, requiring a comprehensive refurbishment. The fitout project focused on key elements to transform the space into a modern, corporate environment that aligns with First Gate’s brand image. The renovation included creating a trendy, corporate aesthetic with a dry kitchen, open-planned workspace, executive office, open plan desk area, and wall cladding. The overall look and feel were designed to be corporate and timeless, using warm, neutral tones and incorporating greenery to enhance the ambiance.
